Accommodation

The confernce will take place in Hotel Hotel Méhari Hammamet Thalasso & Spa (*****), Hammamet. Participant have to book hotel near the conference place. Please note that Hammamet city is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months and early booking is strongly advised.

LOC has negotiated a special rates starting from 60 Euros per person/night for ICMMES participants with some  prestigious and stylish hotels in Yasmine Hammamet city via Jaguar Travel & Event Agency. The rate given online is higher than the negotiated rate. To take this option, reservation must be made before Mai 4^th, 2024 by emailing your request details indicated below. To confirm reservation and get your voucher, you should send email to:

Note: Payments for accommodation must be made in advance and your rooms will not be reserved until you have paid.

Option 1: 

The ICMMES 2024 has arranged discounted accommodation at Hotel Méhari Hammamet Thalasso & Spa (*****)  where the Conference will take place.  The group rate for ICMMES 2024 delegates is 60 Euros per person, per night in Double room (Breakfast, diner are included). To up upgrade to single room 15 Euros per night will be charged. Note that taxes are not included.  

In the email for reservation, please explicitly indicate that you are a guest of ICMMES 2024. The email reservation must include the following:

• Your name (as in your passport)
• Your contact info including emailand your affiliation
• Hotel name (selected from above)
• Check-in and check-out dates and time
• Room type (single room, or double room (King bed, two beds) )
• arrival date, departure date, accompanying persons, type of suites, and indicate if youshare a room with another participant, etcs...

Other Option :

There's rooms at the conference hotel and in the neighborhood. Moreover, it's also possible to stay in a different district of Nabeul, e.g., Hammamet city, Mrezgua, Nabeul city, and commute to the conference venue, either by bus or by taxi. So near the ICMMES Conference Hotel, there are several other hotels shown is the following map:
